  • Any additional fees will be communicated before work begins.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings may require confirmation through phone, email, or message.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle.

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Disclose any previous repairs, coatings, or known issues that may affect the service.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • We take reasonable care in providing our services; however:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues that become visible during the detailing process.

  • We are not liable for mechanical or electrical failures that occur while the vehicle is in our care unless caused by our negligence.

  • All work is performed at the customer’s own risk unless negligence is established.

5. Liability

  • By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and address the concern.
